Planning
Alot of things can happen in the spur of the moment. However goals are only reached with planning. The plan maximises each day. We are all limited by time something that we can never get back. What are you doing with today? Can you go sleep knowing you made the most of this opportunity?

The balance
I think there always has to be a balance between all aspects of life. Work and play. Unfortunately when they collide decisions have to be made as to the importance of both. It is useless to be just muscle even if your dream is to be a bodybuilder. Today I take the pen. 8 solid hours. Focused

Bleh
Today was a bleh day. One of them days when you just can feel somethings not right. However it is in times like this that you must prevail. LEG workout. Could tell there was some problem with my quad while warming up and it seems abit of scar tissue has built up. Manipulated it abit hope that it fixes itself quickly as legs are important! Notta so great!
Lots of DOMS today mainly in chest. Feel I need to put some more work into triceps again as they are still shocking. Leg day tomorrow. LEG DAY. Hopefully spured on by researching ronnie coleman and seeing his at 36-38…. Beat my 20inch :( and my order from my protein should have arrived. Completely out of protein atm

My first post. Hopefully 2012 will provide great opportunity and prosperity in both goals inside and outside of the gym. Starting at 6 Foot 2 and only 65kg i know i have a long way to go!
